I wanted to go for a double queen bed, unfortunately, the master bedroom is simply not big enough to 2 dressers, 2 night stands and a queen, so I'm Creative. The elimination of two night tables and adding under bed storage worked perfect!

The bed was built on two shelves IKEA Kallax, on their sides, reinforced by 2 x 4 feet (seven legs) using the materials provided with shelves (in the pre-drilled holes) and additional brackets. Then three sections 5 pied 1/2-inch, wrapped in a flannel sheet (stapled in back) are placed through to a platform for the bed to rest. The plywood should be in sections to make it easier to carry home the wood shop (or move later). Each section is screwed onto the legs for extra support.
The Chevet made from 18 Malma mirrors (on sale for $ 1.59 each!) Stuck on foamcore Use No More Nails. A French cleat is used to hang the head directly on the wall with tap-con concrete screws. Above the headboard is the edges of the image we use for phones, water, candles, glasses, tissues.
The foot of the bed was intentionally left open for storage and cleaning, as well as the cat likes hanging out under there.
