Under TARVA attic storage hack
Materials: 2 x TARVA 5 drawer chest
OK so I need a clothing storage space in my new attic room, but I did not a wardrobe at an odd angle along the roof line and also I did not want to lose precious area floor. I thought construct two convenient as boozer and run a clothing rail between after seeing the same here and Pinterest.
The main issue was the failure was reasonably low so I knocked the stud wall down and brought the two hacked 25cm before TARVA of the failure, this is half the width of your average hanger (because of failure being the lowest point for hanging the rail). I had 94cm height for drawers so I cut TARVA 11.7cm by sawing the top to remove the fifth smallest drawer and screwed together again.
I then mounted the chest in the boozer, measured each of the 4 corners and cut the legs drawers exactly they were stuck in that position and with serious screw up TARVA in failure, they never go anywhere !
Then I had another idea, I intended to install a border top drywall to create a cleaner look but it was going to be dead space so I ran some card pine furniture on top of a book case area / storage, has a pine ambience to the wardrobe section, bolted to the rod down and make a few doors over map furniture (all cut by Arnold Laver free). wax opportunity Ronseal rustic pine interior - more like his spot, but did the job
3 + 4 :. Tarva x 2180 = £ 150 + £ consulting Pine Furniture
