Small Room, big heart ... and lots of storage!

I have a very small main room, one of (if not) the great joys of life in London. Like most of us I needed as much storage space as possible. Using a recessed space along the back wall of the room that I installed 4 meters of storage space. Great joy!
To save money and space, I used Vivan curtains as a lightweight alternative to heavy doors of the cabinet. A single rod Racka was long enough for the entire length of the room. By embedding Billy bookcases on each side of the bed, I am able to make a great bedside storage space for my many pieces.
The huge table 'vanity' dressing contains all my girly essentials, high and narrow drawers Malm are fantastic for makeup the nail polish and hair pieces and pieces. I cut a channel in the back of the drawers to allow electrical cables for my straighteners, curlers, etc. And for safety reasons, I linked all the electrics courtesy lights mounted on top. This allows me to easily see if the power is off to all Electricals.
Farkost light mounted above each cabinet (again connected to a remote control) means each cabinet is lit beautifully. Useful for the many hours spent each week watching in the wardrobe trying to decide what to wear.
And the final touch was a fireplace wall mounted to the uber comfortable room in the long months of wet winter we have here the UK.
