description: I wanted to create a substantial extra bed on a major budget. I began with the bed IKEA Fjellse, cut an inexpensive foam mattress topper pad, stapled to the back of the chassis, and fabric stapled on it. The fabric I used was an IKEA curtain panel that was leftover from another room. I think it really improved the bed looking really cheap!
