Materials:
2 x Lack wall shelf (10 cm), table Vika Amon (0 cm), Besta book shelf (60x20x192 cm) leg Sultan Wheels (not IKEA)

description: We wanted one with storage headboard and found the solution IKEAs Malm would be a good alternative. However, this unit is not available in white, so we decided to build our own version.

We connected a Vika Amon office (60 x 0 cm) with a wall shelf Lack (26x5x10 cm), and added a piece of wood to support the construction. We Sultan LEDs on the device to match the leg on our bed

As office is 10 cm longer than the length of the wall, there is a gap of 5 cm each side (which is covered by another shelf Lack (5 cm thick) mounted on the storage units.)

As the storage units, we used a Besta book shelf (20x60x192 cm), which we reduced by half. The upper part served as a storage unit to the left side and the lower part was used as a storage unit for the right side. We got the wheels in a hardware store that we built underneath.

To bridge the gap on each side of the main unit, we took 60 cm on each side of a wall shelf Lack and mounted on storage devices. When the storage units are slid into each side of the gap of 5 cm is exactly covered.

We equipped the entire unit with a few flashes to give it an extra boost.
