Kura bed transformed to kingsize bed with cosy cave

Kura bed converted into kingsize bed with comfortable cave

Materials: bed Kura

description: My son and I live very little space, so I wanted to make a bed for both of us that does not take up too much space.

I bought a Kura bed, painted white and removed one of the bed panels to fit a mattress cm 140 x 0 instead of the original 0 x 0 cm. The new mattress is much wider than the original, so I had to make new rail bed - I painted the blue. Below I put more shelves for toys for my son and a lamp and glowing stars under the bed for him to watch when going to sleep.

I painted the end of the bed with magnetic paint and on top of this paint using chalk on. I also did the Ikea fabric curtains, so it can close them and have a nice little "cave" in there!

Now, I sleep on the top, and my son in - as an advantage all his toys under the bed, so I saved so much space
