Mirrored vanity desk
Jule inherited an old piece of furniture that cleverly upgraded in a mirrored vanity. Guess mirrors and vanity will do well together.
Jule says, "I was given an old student desk that my parents bought at a garage sale before I was born. I liked it, but it was really functional as a vanity in my bedroom. Then one day it occurred to me that he had the right shape to convert into a mirror cabinet
So I went to Ikea for mirrors. (Mirrors Lots: 4 pieces for $ 5) and new buttons (Antik: pack 2 for $ 5). Some spray paint cans and some black grout Home Depot (I was afraid to break through the mirror, so I left a space for buttons and filled with grout.) All totaled it was about to a $ 50 investment. Not including the president, I am the president of Borje "As Is" department at Ikea for $ 30 (white upholstery was dirty, but nothing a little cleaning did not resolve.)
I am happy with the results and even my husband who hates mirrored furniture that 'he likes.
