"I turned two Tolga bed frames in a queen bed size platform. I wanted a platform bed and really liked the simple style, modern Tolga Ikea, but it is sold ! only in size from twin I also liked these because they are made with steel beams that is very robust and has also a renewable resource. - pine slats Oh yah, and it was cheap! Ikea knock at time of sale and spent well under $ 70 for both. the conversion is very simple. I cut one of the beds in half with a rip-saw, lined up one half of a whole then screw the plywood on top with a drill. Yay for the new muh bed! "
